New features – Set roles and Skill sets

We’re pleased to announce the immediate availability of some new handy features in Skills Base.

Roles

This feature has been requested by a number of our customers and is now available. Roles allow you to specify position titles for people, but become even more powerful when combined with the new Skill sets feature.

Skill Sets

The new Skill sets feature gives you ultimate control over which skills your employees will be assessed on. You can define skills for employees by team and role, or you can define specific skills for a particular employee.
